Terms and Conditions
- Your holiday home will be available for occupation between 4pm and 6pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
- The numbers or names of persons stated at the time of booking must not be exceeded without the manager's permission.
- Visitors are responsible for any damage caused or loss sustained to the accommodation and its contents. The accommodation should be left clean and tidy on departure.
- Clona holiday Homes is not liable for any injury, damage or loss to persons or goods whatsoever and howsoever the same may be caused.
- Officials of Clona Holiday Homes may at all times visit the accommodation to ensure, that the terms and conditions of letting are complied with.
- All bookings are subject to a 10 euro booking fee, booking adjustments, where possible, are subject to a charge of 20 euro.
- A security deposit of up to 100 euro deposit requested may be increased to 500.00 security for certain events and bank holiday weekends. In the event of an increased security deposit being required this will be made clear at the time of quoting/booking.
- Cancellation Charges:
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:
More than 42 days: Deposit
22-42 days: 60% of total rental*
8-21 days: 75% of total rental*
Less than 8 days: 100% of total rental
* A minimum cancellation charge of EUR65.00 applies.
It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges.
- Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, but failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition will result in a charge of EUR80.00 being levied.
- In the unlikely event that any equipment of machinery in one property, breaks or malfunctions due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take up to 48 hours for it to be fixed or repaired.
- The client is obliged to ensure that all documentation and details issued to you by Clona Holiday Homes Ltd are correct. In the unlikely event that you do not agree with the documentation it must be brought to our attention immediately.
- Any problems or complaints should first be discussed between you and the managers on site.
- AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY. Clona Holiday Homes will endeavour to ensure that once confirmed, your booking is not changed in any significant way or cancelled. However, changes outside the control of the Company occasionally occur and bookings have to be changed or cancelled or errors in brochure or other details corrected. The Company reserves the right to do so and is not liable for any changes, cancellations or errors made.
