1. Your holiday homes will be available for occupation between 4 pm and 6 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure.

2. The numbers or names of persons stated at the time of booking must not be exceeded without the manager’s permission.

3. Visitors are responsible for any damage done or loss sustained to the accommodation and its contents. The accommodation should be left clean and tidy on departure.

4. Clona Holiday Homes is not liable for any injury, damage or loss to persons or goods whatsoever and howsoever the same may be caused.

5. Officials of Clona Holiday Homes may at all times visit the accommodation to ensure, that the terms and conditions of letting are being complied with.

6. Any problems or complaints should first be discussed between you and the Manager on Site.
