daily ferry service from Pontoon, Castletownbere to Bere Island,
which is located in Bantry Bay in the South West corner of Ireland.
Attractions on Bere Island include the Beara Way walking route,
a cycling route, shore angling, archaelogical sites, two Martello
towers and remains of british military fortifications. |
